Job summary

CAVA is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations in Greensboro, NC. You will lead a guest-focused team, manage daily operations, maintain high standards, and drive performance across people, inventory, and service.

This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and adaptability to ensure excellent guest experiences. Applicants should be prepared to coach staff, implement training, and handle accountability while fostering a positive work environment and scalable growth

Responsibilities
