Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Altoona, PA. You will lead the restaurant team, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, scheduling, issue resolution, and managing budgets. A successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership, communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees, conduct new hire orientation and execute the training plan for each new hire.
• Schedule and deploy the Team, address performance issues, assist in resolving customer issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
