Job summary

Pizza Hut seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its restaurants, owning the restaurant’s performance. You will develop people, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and drive strong operational and financial results.

You will be responsible for overall performance including people, food safety, guest experience, sales, labor, cost controls, and profitability while upholding Pizza Hut standards and brand policies.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• General Manager experience preferred.
• QSR, restaurant, hospitality or high‑volume management experience preferred.
• Experience with responsibility for financial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations.
• Coach and develop the management team and team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain staff.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Analyze sales, labor, food cost, and other performance metrics.
