Pizza Hut in Donaldsonville, LA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, own performance, and drive guest experience. You will coach the team, uphold food safety standards, manage schedules, and protect profitability while delivering fast, friendly service.

This hands‑on leadership role requires proven restaurant management experience, strong P&L acumen, and the ability to recruit, train, and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• General Manager experience preferred.
• QSR/high‑volume management experience preferred.
• Experience with responsibility for financial results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑development skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable your management team and team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain a strong restaurant team.
• Build a positive, respectful, and accountable restaurant culture.
• Develop Shift Managers and future restaurant leaders.
• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain Pizza Hut standards for food quality, preparation, order accuracy, cleanliness, and service.
• Take ownership of restaurant cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and overall condition.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and food safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensure required food safety and temperature logs are completed accurately, honestly, and on time.
• Immediately address and elevate food safety concerns and ensure unsafe food is never served.
• Develop and manage employee schedules based on sales forecasts and business needs.
• Manage labor effectively while maintaining appropriate staffing and service levels.
• Manage food cost, waste, inventory, ordering, and product controls.
• Conduct and oversee accurate inventory counts.
• Analyze restaurant sales, labor, food cost, guest feedback, and other performance metrics.
• Take ownership of the restaurant's P&L and financial performance.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve operational and financial results.
• Drive sales growth and identify opportunities to increase guest traffic.
• Ensure proper cash handling, deposits, register controls, and other financial procedures.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and develop a strong leadership bench.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and Pizza Hut brand standards are consistently followed.
• Address employee performance concerns promptly and consistently.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure appropriate resolution.
• Maintain required restaurant records, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Identify equipment and facility maintenance needs and ensure issues are reported and addressed promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and guests.
• Partner with District Manager and above‑store leadership on restaurant performance and improvement opportunities.
• Execute company initiatives, promotions, and training programs.
• Lead by example and work restaurant positions alongside the team when needed.
