Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our restaurants. You will own the restaurant’s performance, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver strong operational and financial results in a fast-paced setting.

As GM, you’ll lead daily operations, coach a team, recruit and train staff, and maintain high standards for food safety and service. This role offers opportunities for advancement and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• General Manager experience preferred.
• Experience in high‑volume hospitality or QSR settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑development skills.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, inventory, and food costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
