DUNKIN’ / QUALITY BRAND GROUP is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Colorado to lead a fast, friendly team and provide exceptional guest experiences in a busy store. You’ll own scheduling, drive-thru operations, and local store marketing while fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability.

You will mentor Team Members and Shift Leaders toward General Manager roles, manage daily operations, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Competitive salary and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Required QSR experience, with a strong focus on speed of service and drive‑thru performance.
• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands‑on approach and a commitment to developing Team Members and Shift Leaders into future General Managers.
• A passion for hospitality, community networking, and building lasting relationships.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own speed of service, especially in the drive‑thru. Coach an efficient team that serves guests quickly, accurately, and warmly.
• Lead daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Grow sales and profitability through smart cost control, local marketing, and strong community connections.
• Create a positive, inclusive workplace where people pitch in, feel appreciated, and want to grow.
