Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the US.
• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast‑food environment.
• Experience leading and developing a team of 20+ people.
• Food safety knowledge and commitment to health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and schedule crew and management.
• Conduct ongoing training for all staff on standards and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address issues.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality and speed of service.
• Manage inventory, costs, and adherence to cash processing procedures.
• Inspire guests with efficient and personable service and handle guest concerns.
