Zaxbys is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will guide staff, drive sales, manage costs, and uphold brand standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes staffing, team development, schedule optimization, and adherence to safety and quality protocols as part of daily operations. Growth opportunities exist within the Zaxbys franchise system.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3–5 years management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture and high team morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, training, sales, costs, and standards.
• Ensure restaurant delivers great guest experiences and maintains standards.
• Maintain staffing levels and evaluate performance; mentor and develop team members.
• Create effective schedules to drive sales and control labor costs.
