Cotton Patch Cafe is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a team and deliver scratch-made Texas favorites with true hospitality. Join a growing brand with 30+ years of experience and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• Must be a team player and hard worker.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Ability to participate in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
• Follow safety guidelines for lifting, knives, and equipment."
