Responsibilities

• Leads team to increase business sales and net profit to meet the annual budget and mission.
• Reviews daily summary reports for accuracy and drives reporting.
• Oversees weekly operations and labor deployment to meet budget.
• Maintains controllable costs and inventory per business needs.
• Ensures food safety, quality, and portion control to standards.
• Hires, trains, and develops management and staff; conducts performance reviews.

Education

College degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience

National food safety certification
