Domino's of Plano on Custer Rd is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store, satisfy customers, and support team members. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety, manage costs, and uphold brand standards while driving sales.

Candidates should have prior management experience, customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lead by example. This on-site role requires strong communication and team collaboration.

Formación

• Prior management or similar experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Strong arithmetic and communication skills.
