Domino's Team BAM! in Texas is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to efficiently run the store, care for customers, and support team members. You will oversee operations, drive sales, and ensure quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have prior management or similar experience, a strong customer service background, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining P&L awareness and financial metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires management experience or similar role.
• Strong customer service background.
• Experience in fast food/quick service preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and hold team accountable.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work well in a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost and labor.
