Qualifications

• 3+ years General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Regional or multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, service techniques, and guest interaction.
• Solid understanding of cost and labor systems that drive restaurant profitability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with advanced computer and math skills.
• Stable and progressive work history with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor.
• Complete financial and personnel/payroll administrative duties accurately and on time per policy.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas and handle complaints to turn guests into return visitors.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily decision making to maintain high-quality food and service.
