Job summary

Rainforest Cafe in Atlantic City is seeking an accomplished Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant and drive guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability. You will develop and mentor your management team, uphold brand standards, and foster a culture of accountability and engagement.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years GM experience in a large dining operation, strong leadership, cost control, and guest interaction skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations and guest interaction.
• Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Responsible for financial and payroll administrative duties.
• Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service and address complaints to turn guests into return customers.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, planning and ensure high quality of food and service.
