Job summary

Burger King is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and uphold customer-focused service while ensuring operational excellence. You will drive sales goals, develop employees, retain staff, and maintain systems across restaurant operations.

As the General Manager, you will oversee selection, training, coaching, and performance of managers and staff, lead in a fast-paced environment, manage P&L via food and labor controls, and execute training and marketing programs to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
• Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
• Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
