Job summary

Arby’s in Indianapolis, IN seeks a General Manager to be the strategic and operational leader of the restaurant, driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand standards. You will supervise the day-to-day operations, lead a high‑performing management team, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and create a welcoming, safe environment for guests and staff.

As a hands‑on leader, you’ll support all positions, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement while meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).
