• Ensures accuracy of employee time keeping and payroll reporting.
• Plans and prepares work schedules and coordinates daily assignments.
• Adheres to all city, county, and state regulations.
• Maintains standards on food preparation and handling.
• Ensures execution of safety, security, quality, and store policies.
