• Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll reporting.
• Plan schedules and coordinate daily activities of team members.
• Adhere to city, county and state regulations.
• Maintain standards for food preparation and handling.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Prepare daily deposits and reports.
• Conduct regular inventories and maintain cleanliness.
• Strive for profitability and efficient store operations.
• Avoid conflicts of interest and ensure no unlawful harassment.
• Perform all duties of a typical restaurant team member as needed.
