Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects, stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience.
