Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff in operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience.
