Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our restaurants. You will be a hands-on leader who takes ownership, develops great people, delivers an outstanding guest experience, and drives strong operational and financial results.

As GM, you will oversee the restaurant’s overall performance—people, operations, food safety, guest experience, sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability, while building a positive culture and leading by example.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.
• General Manager experience is preferred.
• QSR/high-volume management experience preferred.
• Experience with responsibility for financial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable your management team and team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain a strong restaurant team.
• Build a positive, respectful, and accountable restaurant culture.
• Develop Shift Managers and future restaurant leaders.
• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain Pizza Hut standards for food quality, preparation, order accuracy, cleanliness, and service.
