KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and own day-to-day restaurant results. You’ll recruit, coach, and develop leaders, manage labor and inventory, and drive profitability while ensuring a fast, friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Restaurant General Manager experience with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build and lead the leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong results.
• Oversee inventory counts and use results to control costs.
• Create a welcoming, clean restaurant with friendly service and quality food.
