KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train and coach staff, manage labor, inventory and cash controls, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

As a GM, you’ll build a high‑performing team, monitor performance, and foster a positive culture while focusing on growth opportunities within the franchise network.

Competenze

• Experience as Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire team members.
• Proven coaching and training skills for operational excellence.

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory and labor.
• Review financial reports and take corrective actions as needed.
