Hardee's Martinsville East is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive sales growth, uphold quality and safety standards, and manage profitability. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, oversee scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and compliance, while modeling our values and supporting career development within Boddie-Noell Enterprises.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow; manage labor costs.
• Train the management team and crew using the current training system.
• Maintain inventory and required records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and personal appearance standards met.
• Lead meetings and provide coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted.
• Maintain building and equipment and ensure sanitation, safety and security.
