The role emphasizes developing team members, implementing training plans, and partnering with the franchisee to achieve financial targets. Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification is required or obtainable within 30 days when designated CFPM.

Qualifications

• Must possess, or obtain within 30 days of hire, Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification if designated as the restaurant’s CFPM.
• Proven experience in restaurant management and guest service leadership.
• Ability to develop and coach teams to deliver fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and lead a strong team to deliver great food and friendly experiences.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads; conduct new hire orientation.
• Schedule staffing and deploy the team effectively while controlling costs.
• Develop training plans and budgets; drive financial performance and guest satisfaction.
