Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work at multiple store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, and develop restaurant staff to ensure strong operational performance.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, ordering, and payroll processes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and food safety.
• Lead by example to promote a positive work culture and brand standards.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff.
• Lead operations during peak periods and support service levels.
