Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Tyler is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure food safety, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will drive sales, manage costs, and mentor a diverse team to perform at their best.

The ideal candidate has management experience in fast food, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills, with a focus on accountability and teamwork. You will report to the district supervisor and participate in training and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant or retail operation and P&L.
• Strong customer service experience is required.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Must be able to lead and hold a team accountable.
• Excellent communication skills and decision-making ability.
• Experience in fast food/quick service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
