Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of team members and management staff.
• Manage scheduling, labor planning, and team coordination.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Support front-line operations including customer service and food preparation as needed.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Partner with the District Manager on operational goals and performance metrics.
