You will recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety, manage P&L, and seek opportunities to increase sales and profit. The role rewards performance with a competitive base salary, bonus potential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of prior management experience in a quick-service or restaurant environment.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and hold the team accountable.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Basic math skills for fast, accurate calculations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
