Nbutexas is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance. You’ll manage service, food quality, labor, and costs while building a high-performing team in a fast-paced dining environment.

The role requires proven restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to P&L, budgeting, and compliance. Base salary ranges 70k–80k with bonus potential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with P&L and cost control.
• Inventory processes, counting, and analysis.
• Schedule writing and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs, including sales, payroll, and operational efficiency.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture.
• Oversee cash handling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a top-tier dining experience.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support local marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Step into FOH/BOH roles as needed to support the team.
