Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.

• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production and guest service.
• Plan for success: recruit, hire and onboard, staffing and performance management.
• Train, coach and motivate staff and managers.
• Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget and costs.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Oversee all operational needs, including maintenance to meet standards.
