Qualifications

• Strong financial and operational management skills including P&L management and budgeting.

• Experience with hiring, onboarding, and developing diverse restaurant teams.
• Prior experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory control and scheduling.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
