Job summary

Xfinity Master Company Code is seeking a General Manager for Slice House Livermore, CA to partner with the District Manager in daily store operations and top-tier customer service. You will lead front- and back-house teams, ensure safety and sanitation, manage inventory, and drive performance toward company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Manage performance in collaboration with the District Manager and Human Resources.
• Communicate with the District Manager about operational and HR issues.
• Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Address food-preparation issues and customer-service concerns.
• Maintain a safe, healthy facility and enforce sanitation standards.
• Accept ownership of new responsibilities to achieve company goals.
