Brenz Pizza Co is seeking a General Manager to lead a skilled team and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in Columbus, OH. The GM will drive service excellence, manage staff, and uphold Brenz’s quality standards and food safety practices.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting, strong leadership, and the ability to train and motivate staff. This role requires hands-on involvement in all kitchen tasks and scheduling.

Formación

• Must have knowledge of restaurant industry, health standards, and food safety regulations.
• Experience ordering from approved vendors and maintaining inventory.
• Clear verbal and written communication; capable of organizing weekly schedules.
• 18+ years old; able to stand long hours and lift 35–50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure Brenz’s standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Develop and manage weekly staff schedules and shift coverage.
• Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely service.
