Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management and operations.
• Strong staff training and team management skills.
• Expertise in food service management and kitchen oversight.
• Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros.
• Background in food preparation and inventory control.
• Experience in casual and fine dining environments.
• Ability to supervise and interview staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
• Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers
• Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
• Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
• Maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends
• Hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management
• Works with sales team to plan and execute banquets & catering
