Responsibilities

• Schedule FOH coverage to ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed.
• Monitor guest experience and uphold service standards.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new hires; ensure timely paperwork.
• Manage OpenTable reservations and seating to maximize capacity.
• Monitor reviews and respond to guest feedback constructively.
• Coordinate with the kitchen on daily specials and menu updates.
• Supervise staff punctuality, uniforms, breaks, and morale.
• Oversee beverage program, inventory, and cost controls.
• Support staff in order taking, bussing, serving, and guest greeting.
• Foster an exceptional dining atmosphere and nurture guest relationships.
• Address guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage the bar and server opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Lead departmental meetings and ensure timely communications.
