McDonald’s franchise in Virginia is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

You’ll lead Department Managers, set goals, coach teams, and hire for future growth. Prior high-volume quick-service or hospitality experience preferred; must be 18+.

Starting salary range is $50,000 to $65,000 with comprehensive benefits.
