Job summary

Burger King® Restaurant General Manager at Carrols LLC leads the restaurant as the executive owner, accountable for sales, profitability, operations, and talent development to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll manage a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members, partner with the District Manager to implement strategies, monitor performance, control costs, and drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership with operational/financial responsibilities.
• People-first leadership with strong communication.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by owning the restaurant P&L and controlling costs.
• Elevate the guest experience by leading the team and responding to feedback.
• Lead and develop staff, including hiring, training, and coaching.
• Ensure operational excellence and brand standards in daily restaurant activities.
