Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations in Minnesota. The role leads all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure profitability, making quality decisions, and ensuring proper planning, forecasting, and system implementation.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management or supervision experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification.
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards; address deficiencies with team.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly; gather feedback to improve operations and brand loyalty.
• Oversee training and execution of quality standards.
• Oversee recruiting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coach and develop direct reports; foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
