Job summary

KBP Foods, a leading franchisee of KFC, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy team, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction across our Indiana locations. You will oversee operations, hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Minimum one year of GM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility is required, along with the ability to close two shifts per week and the physical

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of GM experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every two weeks.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction.
