Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant General Manager or in a senior restaurant leadership role.
• Profit and loss responsibility and financial oversight.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire staff and managers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant and a positive guest experience.
