Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by overseeing cash controls, security, inventory and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire staff and managers.
• Coach and train teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and high guest satisfaction.
