McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant with a guest-first mentality. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of McDonald’s management experience; previous GM experience is recommended, yet applications with any McDonald’s management background are welcome.

As a toplevel manager in an 18-restaurant franchise, the company operates with about 800 employees and a family-owned culture, guided by long-term leaders who started as entry-level staff and progressed into higher roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience.
• Previous GM experience is recommended, however we also accept all applications that include some McDonald’s management experience.
