Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy restaurant in Fairhope, Alabama. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage team performance and ensure daily operations meet strict brand standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, regulatory compliance, cost controls and local marketing efforts to grow sales while maintaining a positive, safety-focused environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations impacting restaurant operations.
• Familiarity with health, wage and age regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience enforcing company policies and procedures consistently.
• Ability to manage profitability through cost controls and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to consistently deliver guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health, wage, ADA and OSHA regulations and filing requirements.
• Oversee staffing, training and development of the GM/Owner and shift managers.
• Develop and implement local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent the Firehouse Subs brand professionally to guests and the owner.
