Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with local, state and federal regulations governing health, wage, age, ADA, OSHA and related rules.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness while upholding the Firehouse Subs culture.
• Ensure profitability through proper food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
