You will collaborate with leadership to set goals, develop strategic plans, and coach a team of Department Managers to achieve targets. The role includes ongoing team development and process improvement for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Must have managerial experience.
• Background in quick-service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail valued.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping each set goals, track progress, and coach for improvement.
• Drive overall restaurant improvement through effective department management.
• Optionally hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team for the future.
