Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team and managing a store P&L.
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership of store performance.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and lead a team of 10+ employees.
• Own labor, food cost, and all store metrics and know the numbers.
• Drive speed, accuracy, and cleanliness standards on every shift.
• Build a culture where accountability is the expectation.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and weekly financials with discipline.
