Qualifications

• Proven leadership and guest service excellence
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, and people development
• Experience with P&L and sales forecasting
• Food safety and HACCP knowledge a must

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with a guest-obsessed mindset
• Maintain speed, accuracy and hospitality across shifts
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, coaching
• Train crew and shift leaders using Chipotle training tools
• Direct digital order delivery and maintain schedules, controls and forecasts
