Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants in Oklahoma is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations. As the GM, you will be accountable for financial results, uphold policies, and guide the restaurant to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage staffing from recruiting to coaching, ensure cleanliness and food safety, handle inventory and scheduling, and drive sales through local marketing and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.
