Meritage Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a Wendy’s restaurant. You’ll oversee one location, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure operational excellence with a focus on people development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in quick service restaurants.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be able to perform all duties of restaurant staff.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals.
• Monitor tasks performed by employees to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness programs.
• Ensure proper training and compliance.
• Manage food, labor, and paper costs as well as other controllable expenses.
• Make decisions regarding hiring and termination of employees.
• Attend meetings requested by the District Manager or Area Director.
• Develop restaurant operation skills and grow within the organization.
